The goal of yoga is a sattvic mind; one that is alert and completely relaxed. It is from this place that creativity and inspiration arise. This class will help you take a break from your busy lives (and even busier brains) and come into your body to fully experience yourself as a creative and inspired human being. This unique, four week series is aimed at opening up and moving your creative energy through gentle yoga poses, deep breathing, guided meditation and artwork. New or experienced yogis and artists can benefit from this supportive and empowering experience.
ABOUT THE
INSTRUCTORS
FREIA RAMSEY RYT
Freia has studied many forms of yoga since 1997. Her classes are dynamic and breathe centered. This means the poses are synchronized with the breath warming the body, expanding the breath and focusing the mind. Freia teaches yoga to adults and children as well as children’s art classes. She is SO excited to combine her love of art with her passion for yoga.

only alleviate suffering in their bodies and their minds but to feel inspired
by the possibilities inherent in each moment. We do this by getting to
know and valueing all aspects of ourselves. I want to share this life
changing practice with others who are ready to be their best selves.”

Jodyis a self-taught artist and writer who enjoys painting, pastel, collage and mixed media. She is currently studying Art Therapy at Ursuline College. She has been working with children and adults in various settings for over 5 years. Her passion is to connect people with the beauty and passion of living a creative life. lives are able to show us a deep connection to creativity or an understanding
of creative process. We are taught techniques and methods of how to produce
a product someone will admire. If we are not able to do this, we do not
consider ourselves a “creative type”. Here is the big thing…we were lied
to! We all deserve to experience the joy of creative expression! It is
